Pre-Insulated Female Spade Connectors give you the protection of insulation without slowing down the crimping process. Each terminal comes with its sleeve already fitted, so one crimp operation produces a finished, insulated connection - the standard approach in high-volume harness production.
The brass contact is tin-plated for conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the funnel-entry barrel with internal wire stop makes feeding the wire quick and consistent. The colored sleeve - red, blue or yellow - codes the wire size at a glance, and it extends over the crimp area for mechanical protection.
With 17 sizes in the range, these pre-insulated female spade connectors cover the vast majority of automotive, industrial and electrical wiring applications. Bulk-packed and ready for the crimp tool.
