Non Insulated Fork Terminals are made from high-quality electrolytic copper with a reinforced soldered barrel and a corrosion-resistant tin-plated finish. The fork shape drops onto the stud from the side, making installation and later removal quick - an advantage everywhere panels get serviced and reworked.
The reinforced, soldered barrel resists deformation during crimping and keeps a firm grip on the conductor even in demanding, vibration-prone environments. Without insulation, the terminal profile stays compact, fitting into tight rows of terminals on a DIN rail or busbar.
32 sizes in the range match common stud diameters against wire gauges from fine control wiring up to power circuits. Bulk-packed for high-volume use, these fork connectors deliver firm contact and consistent electrical performance for industrial, automotive and panel wiring.
