Nylon Fully Insulated Female/Male Connectors bring full insulation to the quick-connect world. The brass contact carries the current, the tin-plated finish keeps it corrosion-free, and the nylon insulation wraps the whole connection - so accidental contact between adjacent terminals in a dense harness is simply not a risk.
The insulation also gives the connection mechanical protection and vibration resistance. Mating is positive and audible, and disconnection is tool-free, keeping installation costs low on assembly lines and in the field.
Color-coded red, blue and yellow match wire sizes in the familiar pattern, and the 8-size range covers the common cable sizes with defined max current ratings. Ideal for automotive, industrial and household electrical systems where insulated quick disconnects are specified.
