Tin-plated copper butt splices - expand to repair or lengthen wires.
Butt Splice terminals are the standard answer when a wire needs to be repaired, extended or joined in line. The high-conductivity electrolytic copper tube is tin-plated for corrosion resistance, and the expanded wire entry is designed to accommodate wires with larger insulation thickness - so the conductor seats fully before the crimp closes.
A brazed seam protects the barrel from splitting during crimping, and the internal wire stop assures proper insertion depth from both ends, keeping the splice centered and strong. Red, blue and yellow coding matches wire sizes in the familiar pattern.
With 5 sizes in the range, these butt splice connectors are ideal for automotive, industrial and general wiring applications, delivering secure terminations and consistent conductivity. Bulk-packed for shop and field use.
Automotive wiring repair and extension, industrial maintenance and general electrical inline splicing.
