Waterproof Wire Connectors
PP waterproof twist-on wire connectors pre-filled with silicone sealant - sealed against water, dust and corrosion for wet, damp and buried locations, 600 V rated.
Waterproof Wire Connectors are screw-on wire connectors pre-filled with dielectric silicone sealant, so the seal is built in: as the conductor is twisted in, the compound flows around the strands and blocks moisture, dust and corrosion at the point of failure for ordinary connectors. Rated -40 to 105°C and 600 V max, molded from PP with a UL94HB shell.
Installation is the same familiar twist - peel the wire coat, insert the wire, then tighten - and the sealed construction is approved for dry, wet and direct-burial locations. The one-time-use design also acts as a tamper evidence: once torqued, the connector cannot be backed off and reused, which keeps field repairs honest.
Four sizes cover 22-14 AWG (HS-WPX01/02/04) and 14-8 AWG (HS-WPX03), color coded orange, blue, tan and deep gray for at-a-glance identification in the box and on the wall.
