The HS series self-locking cable tie is the everyday workhorse of cable management. Molded from virgin Nylon 66 (PA6,6) with a UL94V-2 flammability rating, each tie combines high tensile strength with a low-insertion-force head that keeps installation fast and fatigue-free, even on high-volume production lines.
The one-piece ratchet head locks firmly and stays locked under vibration and thermal cycling, with a continuous operating range of -40°C to +85°C. Choose natural, UV-stabilized black for outdoor exposure, or custom colors to match your branding. The full series spans 54 sizes from 60 mm to 1168 mm and tensile ratings from 8 lbs to 114 lbs, so a single supplier covers everything from miniature harnesses to heavy industrial bundles.
